Wrong Address Information
If you have entered the wrong address or incomplete address information needed for a safe delivery for your order, then you are responsible for all shipping fees if your order is returned back to us. Make sure you enter the correct address and the full address information needed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Here at Faith 2 Fit we are not responsible for any lost or stolen or damaged packages, you will have to contact your local USPS about your packages. Once your order is shipped with a tracking number, it is no longer physically in our hands.
Orders & Processings Time
Faith 2 Fit uses our local USPS as a shipping method for all orders, our shipping days are 1-3 days we use priority mail shipping. If you haven't received your package you must contact your local USPS, once your package is shipped with a tracking number, it is no longer physically in our hands. All orders are processed in 2-7 business days all shipping time frames are 1-3 business days. Weekends are not considered business days but orders may still go out on the weekends,Holidays are also not considered business days but will still get orders out.
